An announcement from the International Freedom and Human Rights Organization in the Kurdistan Region about those who have been scammed in promise of supporting their cases so they can claim asylum in Europe.

The legal department of the International Freedom and Human Rights Organization in the Kurdistan Region considered it necessary to give an explanation about those who allegedly paid some people who work in the International Freedom and Human Rights Organization or introduced themselves as lawyers of the organization to support their cases in Europe.

The legal department of Freedom and Human Rights Organization stated in a press conference to all channels and related parties that these activities are far from the work of their employees and all of those things are done illegally on no legal basis.

They also announced that this work is done by some individuals who are residents of Kurdistan region and Europe, they scam and tell refugees that they will get the right to stay in Europe by doing this, meanwhile on the contrary during the investigation of European courts it easily appears that all of them are fake.

On the same subject, the legal department of International Human Rights announced that the police have opened the investigation file for the case and they have asked for the apprehension of the scammers and fraudsters.

It is also mentioned in the announcement that the European courts will contact them during the investigation in a short time and they have answered many follow-ups to the European courts and all the fraudulent acts have been revealed.

According to the legal department of the International Freedom and Human Rights Organization, any legal file that opens in the court of human rights in Baghdad will be recorded and given a code which can be searched on the International Human Rights website of Iraq.

Such fraud acts will not land or function and no case will be shown if it is not officially submitted through the human rights court in Baghdad.

Rajan Jamal, a lawyer for International Human Rights, said that human rights is in a digital system and it is impossible to fake, in a way that any code in the world can be searched for and checked.

In another part, Rajan Jamal said that anyone who paid someone should contact them to file a complaint against the fraudsters.

According to Rajan Jamal, a lawyer for international Human Rights, many people have filed complaints in The Kurdistan Region and Europe so far.

Also, Briar Abdulrahman, the director of the International Freedom and Human Rights Organization in the Kurdistan Region, on the same subject announced in a detailed report, that they will give all information about the fraudulent acts and their committers to the European Union to be handled there according to the law.

He also asked that anyone who took any money from them in the name of human rights organization can file complaints through Freedom and Human Rights Organization wherever they are in the world and they will be supported and besides returning the received money, the scammers should be tried in court of any country they inhabit.

He also asked that no one should try to get support illegally because human rights all over the world have one strong network and relationship, and they will not confirm validation for any fake evidence, besides that the digital code will easily reveal whether it is fake or not.

In the end, Rajan Jamal, a lawyer for Freedom and Human Rights Organization, said that most of the fraudulent acts were committed in Germany and Britain with the help of many people in those countries, and also said that in an in-depth report they will give out the names of those people to the courts and police of the countries.
