The purpose of this form is to enable you to submit a complaint if you are unable visit us in person. It is imperative that you provide accurate and truthful information when completing this form to ensure we can address your concerns promptly.
Should the matter fall beyond our jurisdiction, we will notify the appropriate authorities, including the police, courts, shelters, or other relevant entities. All complaints submitted to the International Freedom & Human Rights Organization in Iraq will be thoroughly reviewed, and we will endeavor to find an appropriate resolution.
Please note that only individuals aged 16 years or older, are eligible to submit a complaint. Accurate and complete information is required to facilitate effective follow-up and resolution.
Note: you can file complaint wherever you are but must be Iraqi citizen.
