Right to life The human right to life is the most

Right to life The human right to life is the most basic right of all. We all have a right to life and thus cannot be unjustly killed. This means that nobody, including the Government, can try to end your life. It also means the Government should take appropriate measures to safeguard life by making laws to protect you and, in some circumstances, by taking steps to protect you if your life is at risk. Public authorities should also consider your right to life when making decisions that might put you in danger or that affect your life expectancy. If a member of your family dies in circumstances that involve the state, you may have the right to an investigation. The state is also required to investigate suspicious deaths and deaths in custody. A social worker from the domestic violence team in a local authority used human rights arguments to get new accommodation for a woman and her family at risk of serious harm from a violent ex-partner. She based her case on the local authority’s obligation to protect the family’s right to life and the right not to be treated in an inhuman or degrading way. So many other rights are tied up to this one, it is easy to see how important it is. It boils down to this. In fair and just society, it is important that we live in a place where there is the rule of law not the rule of man. Ultimately, it could be said that of all the rights, none is more important than the right to life. It means simply that no one can be deprived of life or liberty without the due process of law.

Human rights and civil rights

Recognizing rights is the beginning of an effort to live and have free thinking, and a beginning for a developed society. Providing rights, is a development of the individual and the community. Raising awareness to citizens about their rights and duties, as well as protecting and defending them by the government, raises and increases the national, social and individual security level in the country. Both the concept of human rights and civil rights are directly related to the right to have a life and freedom. Human rights, are a set of rights that recognize the human life only, not skin color, race, nation, religion, and not even thought and logic. In the basic ideas of liberalism, the right to have a life and freedom is considered as natural rights everyone should possess. Governments are responsible for providing and protecting these rights, and it is the duty of citizens to defend and develop these rights. The right to express and write, to protest, to study, to live, freedom of clothing and to choose a way of life are some of the basic rights of every human. The basic principles of human rights are based on these four pillars: 1- "the sovereignty of law" (the equality of human beings before the law), 2- the sovereignty of mind and sense (not ideologies), 3- humanity (human beings are the source of power) and 4- the importance and role of individuals, the voice of the majority counts, but the rights of minorities will be protected. Therefore, human rights are not territorial and are not only applied in a certain location they break boundaries because there is nothing in the name of western human rights, eastern human rights, Islamic human rights, or Christian human rights. In today's world, human life and freedom, even democracy, are evaluated according to human rights criteria. "The Universal Declaration of Human Rights talks about human rights, not its values" said human rights researchers. Civil rights, is a set of rights that are interpreted within the framework of political geography, and the citizens of the country will own those rights under the law. Sociologists in this field are constantly talking about the general constitution of countries. In the modern world, a rational and democratic constitution cannot be discussed, without mentioning the principles of human rights. Although there’s a lot of similarities between these two terms (human rights and civil rights), but the subject of civil rights mostly belong to a specific country. The general constitution of a country is a contract between the state and its citizens of a particular country, which is regulated by the laws of the country. Civil rights are related to citizens and the general constitution, but human rights have global dimensions and play the role of law enforcement. Migrants in refugee-accepting countries are initially deprived of some of their national rights like being unable to participate in the elections, but live within the framework of human rights. The knowledge of individuals by their rights and duties, which must be legalized and protected by law, provides personality for the individual, and the basis of a democratic society. This is one of the main principles of the sovereignty of law. To achieve this, governments and institutions, civil society organizations and public media must play a key role. Legal-rights citizens, who follow the law, are the foundation of a democratic and rational society in which problems are resolved peacefully, and the tensions between citizens and the government are reduced more and more, and the country's national security is strengthened and increased. Freedom and law are the principles of a democratic society, which refers to both the meaning of human rights and civil rights. The balance between freedom and law is one of the most important tasks, and it is the duty of governments to create a rational balance between the two concepts. In order for the KRG to be able to take steps in this regard with a plan, it must first work on publishing information about human rights and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in a systematic wide-scale manner, as well as to instruct employees of government agencies to defend the rights of citizens. Civil social organizations, cultural and academy groups, as well as intellectual institutions, can have a huge impactful part in recognizing rights in the Kurdistan Region. The balance between "law" and "freedom" is the government's most difficult task, because "law" without "freedom" suffocates society, and "freedom" without "law" leads the society to a state of disarray.
